Ethical Charter

  1. Maintain and respect the confidentially and privacy concerns of both our clients and candidates
  2. Ensure all clients have been furnished with our Company Profile prior to commencing assignments
  3. Not undertake any headhunting activities on client sites whereby a Master Vendor or Supplier Agreement (PSA) contract is in place
  4. Not entice a candidate to leave a client site, whereby a fee has been received on such candidate
  5. To declare any potential conflict of interest prior to commencing any assignment
  6. Not retain ‘Juniors’ or ‘Researchers’ in the capacity of a consulting role or any other role that directly pertains to the management of an assignment or account
  7. To maintain the clients identity until such time as requested otherwise or interview stage
  8. Not distribute, refer or provide information on any candidate to a third party without their prior consent
  9. Deliver honest feedback to candidates and clients at all times in a respectful and constructive manner
  10. To make readily available to candidates, all personal information stored should they wish to obtain or peruse it
  11. Adhere to ‘Truth in Advertising’ principals
  12. To abide by the provisions of all relevant legislation relating to our employment agents licenses
